MONTHLY RENTALS - Please inquire if you are interested in renting the whole house or upper or lower floor for a longer period of time. Should you desire to rent only one floor of the house please understand the other floor will be made available for rental as well.
DAILY RENTAL - 2 night minimum required
WEEKLY RENTALS - May not begin on a Saturday or Sunday. Please contact us for rentals that are longer than 1 week or special circumstances.
WEEKLY RENTALS - 6 nights/7 days Summer months of June and July usually require weekly rental of the entire house - occasionally we are able to book shorter stays however this is not guaranteed and is based solely on how it fits into our schedule and is at our sole discretion.
HOLIDAY RENTALS - 3 night minimum for all peak and holiday weekends, festivals and tournaments. Rates may be slightly higher or require a longer minimum stay. PLEASE INQUIRE
CHECK IN TIME is 3:00 PM - Sometimes early check-in may be available but is not guaranteed and must be requested. There is no early check-in if other guests are checking out the same morning. On these days we will make every effort to accommodate you and make sure the home is ready by 3:00 but occasionally cleaning takes longer than we expect which could cause a delay. Please allow the cleaning to be completed before you enter the house.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM - Occasionally we are able to offer late check-out however this is not guaranteed and must be requested. Traditionally this is not available May 15th through Labor Day. If other guests are arriving on your check out day, the 11:00 AM check out time will be strictly enforced - NO EXCEPTIONS! The house must be available for us to have adequate time to prepare it for the next guest. Guests that do not vacate and return the keys by 11:00 AM will be charged a late check-out fee not to exceed $150.00.

One half of the rental fee is required to be paid at the time of booking to guarantee and confirm rental and must be received within 5 days of confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations placed within 14 days of check-in date will require payment in full at the time of booking. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT RENTAL DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 7 DAYS. We will refund full amount if cancellation occurs a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date.
Damage Deposit check must be received with balance of rental payment. This is a check that is held and not deposited unless there are damages. Guests agree to take responsibility for treating the home with care. We do not allow not furnishings or kitchen items to be moved around. Rearranging or moving of furniture is prohibited and may result in additional fees due to extra housekeeping services. Guests agree to properly use and operate all furnishings, appliances, entertainment items, BBQs, etc. Guests will be charged for any damage or destruction of property caused by guest, or FOR EXTRA CLEANING REQUIRED. Please contact us with any problems. Guests will not be charged for routine maintenance and normal wear and tear however, we do not consider spillage of food or drinks normal wear and tear. Owner will conduct a walk-through of the property after your departure. When all is found to be satisfactory you will be notified by email that your check has been shredded. In the event there is a problem we will notify you prior to depositing the check to see how you would like to proceed.
We accept cash, cashier's checks, personal checks (must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to rental for bank processing), money orders and bank transfer or credit card payments through PAYPAL only. A fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be added to all credit card payments and must be included with each credit card transaction. Please email for Paypal payment instructions.
