This luxury two-story waterfront home is located on Copano Bay where breathtaking sunsets await you.  Privately owned home comes complete with its own 300 foot private, lighted fishing pier (biggest, baddest & best on the bay - see About Us), a lighted fish cleaning stand complete with outdoor shower, running water, electric and many extras.  Enjoy some of the best Redfish and Speckled Trout fishing, boating or watersports on the coast right from the privacy of your own home designed to be family friendly yet romantically inviting.  Let our guest home be yours for a few days, a week or two, or a month.

This area is also noted for abundant bird watching opportunities.  From the porch swing or the pier you may see majestic white and brown pelicans, hummingbirds (The photos are of actual hummers in our yard), seagulls, great egrets, blue herons, roseate spoonbills and various shore birds, ducks and geese.  One of our lots has been created as a nesting area for ducks and geese.  Currently there are several Mallard ducks and a goose we keep an eye on and each spring we always have babies running around.

Our home has two completely private living areas which can be rented together or separately - over 2500 sq feet of living area.  We have furnished it with every comfort in mind.  Whether family or fishing is what you are here for or perhaps a private retreat this is the place for you.  We offer what others don't - a home away from home to make your vacation the vacation it should be.  Our home is equipped with many things you will not find at other rentals.  Our goal is to provide a prestigious, upscale home at an affordable price.  You will not be disappointed!   

The upstairs is two bedrooms and one bath and can sleep a maximum of 8+, depending on your guests.  We have strategically placed the sleeping arrangements to accommodate family gatherings.  The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed.  Both have luxury linens.  The glass porch with a magnificent view overlooking the water has a daybed with a pull-out trundle and a roll away single if needed.  The upscale living area has a queen sofa sleeper, loveseat and two large overstuffed chairs with ottomans.  All central air-conditioned and tastefully decorated with many interesting things.

The downstairs apartment consists of one oversized bedroom and one oversized bath with a private kitchen-living-dining area and an enclosed porch which opens to the the fenced yard facing the water complete with crank-out windows that are perfect for the evening breeze.   We have arranged this area to accommodate a maximum of 6+, depending on your sleeping arrangements.  The bedroom has a King size bed and a daybed with pull-out trundle.  The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.  There is a futon on the porch which can be used for sleeping, however the porch is not air-conditioned and it is not included in the maximum.  Air-conditioned and heated (2 window units) and tastefully decorated in a hunting and fishing lodge decor.  

We have provided everything you need and more.  When we choose to stay in our home we want all the comforts of home to already be in place so you get the best of both worlds.  Both floors are completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and bath.   If you need it or cook with it, most likely it is there right down to the cork screw and spices, not sure, just ask.  All you need to do is just pack your bags and fishing gear.
